HIS & HERS Art

Prior to our renovations last Summer, I had never purchased art. It was extremely intimidating to me because there are so many options out there. Our home decor style is modern, and so I knew that I wanted abstract ~ that is all that I knew. I have spent hours and days familiarizing myself with different patterns and colors schemes, and learned how to narrow down selections, based on what colors I am looking to highlight and what level of drama I want to bring to a room. I’m still a newbie, but I’m so into it, now.

When it comes to HIS & HERS offices, I wanted these spaces to feel airy, bright, and inspiring. My first stop for perusing for art – Lindsay Letters. I love this company for multiple reasons.

I first learned about Lindsay Letters when the owner’s daughter suffered a brain injury from an accident. And so now, I am part of a huge social community that prays for and has grown to love this family – and roots for Eva’s recovery!! Here I found the Romeo Abstract & Juliette abstracts.

I chose Juliette for my office because of its soft, neutral tones that pair with the blush and black in my room, and because it’s gentle and delicate. To me it seems as if she’s flying away to be with her love. It’s enchanting and calming.

I chose Romeo for HIS office, also for its neutral tones that pair with all of the dark grey, platinum, and brown in his room, and because it’s so masculine.

Our offices are connected to our bedroom, and so I think it is very romantic to have Romeo & Juliette in our space.

If you aren’t familiar with Lindsay Letters, check them out, and the next time you’re in the market for art, consider them!
